2-Year Limited Warranty
Your NoctIQ Smart Anti-Snore Pillow is covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase.
During the warranty period, NoctIQ Inc. will repair or replace, at its discretion, defects in materials or workmanship related to the Product's internal electronic components, sensors, air system, and control unit.
What Is Covered
- Internal electronics
- Sensors
- Air pump and air chambers (manufacturing defects only)
- Control unit and internal wiring
- Functional failures not caused by misuse or improper care
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Stains, discoloration, or odor caused by normal use
- Fabric wear, pilling, or cosmetic changes over time
- Foam compression or changes in firmness
- Damage caused by liquids, improper cleaning, or misuse
- Normal aging of materials
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased from authorized retailers.
NoctIQ is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
