Is NoctIQ right for me?
NoctIQ may be a great fit if you:
- Snore regularly and are looking for a comfortable, non-wearable solution.
- Prefer not to wear devices while sleeping, such as mouthguards, nasal strips, or chin straps.
- Sleep on your back or side, as NoctIQ is designed to gently encourage side head movement.
- Want to track your progress using detailed sleep reports and snoring metrics in the NoctIQ Companion App.
NoctIQ may not be the best fit if you:
- Primarily sleep on your stomach.
- Primarily experience nasal snoring.
- Have severe sleep apnea.
- Use CPAP fully and consistently throughout the night — CPAP already reduces snoring, so NoctIQ’s snore-intervention may trigger less often. NoctIQ is not a replacement for CPAP or any prescribed therapy.
- Have a neck injury or another condition that may be affected by changes in head or neck position.
- Have intracranial electrodes.
- Have an implanted pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device.
If you have a diagnosed sleep disorder or another medical condition, consult your physician before using NoctIQ. NoctIQ is a General Wellness product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Is NoctIQ comfortable for all sleeping positions?
NoctIQ is designed for back and side sleepers. While many users find it comfortable after an initial adaptation period, it may not be the best fit for stomach sleepers because the pillow is designed to gently encourage side head movement during sleep.

Will I feel the pillow adjusting during the night?
Yes, you may notice gentle pillow movement as NoctIQ responds to snoring. Most users become accustomed to the movement over time, and notice it less and less as they adapt.

How long does it take to adapt to NoctIQ?
Most users adapt within about 2 weeks. During this time, your body adjusts to the pillow's gentle movement while NoctIQ learns your snoring patterns. Consistent nightly use during this period helps deliver the best experience.

When should I expect to see results?
Many users begin noticing improvements during the first few days, with results becoming more consistent over time. Because every person's snoring patterns are different, results may vary, and improvement is often gradual.

Is NoctIQ safe to use while I sleep?
Yes. NoctIQ is designed specifically for overnight use and operates using low-voltage (5V), low-power (10W) electronics that are securely enclosed within the pillow. The pillow is designed for long-duration, close-contact use and is engineered with user safety as a priority.
NoctIQ is designed to meet applicable U.S. and Canadian safety requirements for electrical safety and wireless communication, including FCC, ISED, and ETL certification standards.

Do I need the NoctIQ Companion App?
Yes. The free NoctIQ Companion App is required to set up your Smart Anti-Snore Pillow, start sleep tracking, adjust pillow settings, and view your nightly snoring reports and sleep insights.
The NoctIQ Companion App is expected to be available in September 2026 for both iOS and Android. Every NoctIQ Pillow includes access to the free app. The AI Pillow Premium Membership is expected to launch at the end of October 2026, and your preorder includes a complimentary 1-year AI Pillow Premium App Membership, unlocking additional premium features and insights at no additional cost.

We want you to love your sleep—and the peace it brings to your bedroom. If NoctIQ isn't the right fit, you're covered by our 30-Night Sleep Trial. Before processing your return, we'll help answer any questions and help you with any adjustments to optimize your snore reduction and comfort. Many users achieve better results after making small adjustments and completing the adaptation period. If you still decide to return your pillow, we'll provide return instructions. A flat $25 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How do I track my preorder?
Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation to your registered email address with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes. You may cancel your preorder at any time before your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you're still covered by our 30-Night Sleep Trial.

NoctIQ currently ships within the United States only. We plan to expand to additional countries in the future.

How does the 30-Night Sleep Trial and return process work?
Your 30-Night Sleep Trial begins the day your NoctIQ Pillow is delivered. If it isn't the right fit, simply contact the NoctIQ Care Team within 30 nights to start a return. Before processing your return, we'll help answer any questions and help you with any adjustments to optimize your snore reduction and comfort. If you still decide to return your pillow, we'll provide return instructions. A flat $25 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

What warranty is included?
Every NoctIQ Smart Anti-Snore Pillow includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. As an exclusive preorder benefit, you'll also receive an additional year of warranty coverage, extending your warranty to a total of 3 years (2+1 Year Limited Warranty).
